In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and foster a positive environment for both customers and team members. Your leadership will ensure the branch operates smoothly, meets performance goals, and delivers exceptional customer service. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to showcase their management expertise and make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Responsible for developing new customer pipeline and portfolio to attract new business & consumer relationships. Responsible for monthly reporting to the Supervisor on functions falling within job duties. Follow up with customer prospects and current customers to maintain customer relationship. All above carry expectations that employee will carry professionally and ethically and not bring any reputational damage to the bank during employment. The employee is responsible for developing new business, as well as maintaining and servicing existing portfolios of customer accounts. Support the bank's strong relationship banking culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service and superior product knowledge. Aggressively seek and obtain quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts. Maintain a working knowledge of Bank policies, procedures, and all banking regulations. Thoroughly document any and all new and existing customer accounts. Observe all BSA aspects of relationships. Ensure OFAC compliance. Conduct a daily review, approval and disposition of customer overdrafts assigned to you. Responsible for collection efforts on overdrawn accounts expeditiously Avoid conflicts of interest where there is any family or business relationship connection, these accounts must be re-assigned to a non-conflicted employee. Review New Account documents for compliance with bank policy, state/federal regulations, and state legal requirements. Ensure completeness of documents. Review and work exception item reports. Exhibit strong initiative and attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner for any banking assistance the customer may require, this includes assisting in answering Offer other products of the bank to customers, which may fulfill their financial needs. Review branch profitability, maintain high customer satisfaction. Lead and develop team members who directly report to you. Represent the bank in key community activities. Is Fluent in both English and Spanish. Maintain a professional relationship with all other employees. Branch must show increase in growth on a monthly basis to withhold position. A review will be done after 90 days to evaluate performance and growth. A review will continue after that on a monthly basis with management to ensure proper goals are met. All above carry expectations that employee will carry professionally and ethically and not bring any reputational damage to the bank during employment. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in branch management, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong Sales Skills is a must and ability to handle the stress of sales is required. Team Player a must whether in a supporting role or a leadership role. Microsoft Office proficiency required
