We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial service environment to fill the position of Branch Operations Manager for our EVS Branch located in Fredericksburg, VA.

• Job Description
• The selected candidate will:
• + Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch. + Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations. + Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations. + Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled.
• Required Qualifications
• The successful candidate's background will include:
• + Related work experience and knowledge of operations management + High school diploma + Good communication skills + Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish) + Good customer service skills + Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace + Valid driver's license and good driving record + SAP experience preferred Kaeser offers a competitive pay, to commensurate with experience, in addition to an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan.
