The Branch Management area is responsible for overseeing the overall performance, leadership, and operational integrity of branch locations.

Activities may include:

Directing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing risk, and maintaining strong operational controls. Leading, developing, and coaching branch teams to achieve sales, service, and community engagement goal. Driving branch growth, strengthening client relationships, and stewarding the bank's presence. Ensuring the effective implementation of enterprise strategies at the branch level and maintain an environment that supports teammate success, operational excellence, and long-term client loyalty. Career Specialization Definition Consumer Banking Regional Branch Management is responsible for the management of an assigned group or region of bank branches.

Activities may include:

Accountable for the group or region's results. Oversees retail banking policy implementation and evaluates branch effectiveness through financial and activity reports. Provides advice and guidance to branch managers. Other duties as assigned. Career Level Definition Manages a department or small unit that includes multiple teams led by Managers and/or Team Leaders.

Responsibilities typically include:

Ownership of short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the Department. Problems faced are often complex and require extensive investigation and analysis. Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
