Northfield Savings Bank is looking for an energetic, relationship-focused leader to serve as Branch Manager of our Randolph office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching and developing others, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Provide leadership, coaching, and development to branch employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence. Build strong relationships with customers, community members, and local businesses. Ensure an exceptional customer experience by leading with empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism. Drive branch performance through deposit growth, customer acquisition, and referral development. Maintain operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sound risk management practices. Lead by example, creating a positive and engaging workplace where employees can learn, grow, and succeed. Adapt to changing priorities and business needs while keeping the team focused and energized.

Compensation Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $66,560 - $74,360 annually + opportunity for annual incentive bonus.
