What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Member Service Associates Ensure exceptional member service and financial solutions delivery Oversee daily branch operations, cash handling, security, and compliance Monitor performance, productivity, and operational accuracy Support branch growth through member relationship building and product referrals Conduct employee coaching, training, and performance development Serve as the branch leader in the absence of the Branch Manager Ensure adherence to all credit union policies and regulatory requirements Check out the full Job Description Here! Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of banking, credit union, or financial services experience Experience opening accounts and supporting consumer lending activities Strong knowledge of financial products, member service, and branch operations A thorough understanding of unsecured loan products, titled loans, credit cards and Home Equity loan products. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment NMLS license or ability to obtain upon hire Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration ____________________________________________ Columbia Credit Union follows all required
