We're looking for a hands-on, sales-driven leader who wants to help build a high-performing branch, grow revenue, and take on greater leadership responsibilities. What You'll Do Prospect and open new client accounts Support business development through calls, visits, and follow-ups Build strong relationships with contractors and local businesses Help manage daily branch operations and staffing logistics Support scheduling and workforce coordination Ensure job fulfillment and strong client service Coach and support field team members Maintain safety and compliance standards Track metrics and help drive branch performance Lead from the front, both in the field and with the team Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary $20 - $23 Hourly Performance-based bonus structure Bonus income tied to branch growth and results Clear path to Branch Manager advancement Top performers have strong earning potential without a ceiling.
