• Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and creative Design Consultant for window coverings to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions. Your ability to blend customer service with sales skills will be essential in delivering exceptional experiences and achieving client satisfaction. Must be able to commute to Bellingham for training and sales meetings. Responsibilities Engage with clients to assess their design requirements and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach. Present design concepts and proposals that align with client visions while adhering to budgetary constraints. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative design solutions that enhance client satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and techniques to provide informed recommendations. Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the design process. Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Experience Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or service industry preferred. Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics in design. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive in managing tasks.
