Position Requirements Need to Have and Nice to Have Associate's degree or equivalent industry-related experience required. Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or business is highly preferred OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification 4-5+ years of construction management or field operations experience, preferably in concrete cutting Must have knowledge and experience in financial forecasting, contract negotiation, and construction scheduling Solid understanding of construction contract documents, specifications, change order processes, and subcontract management Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple simultaneous projects including full budget and P&L accountability Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, including Superintendents, Sales/Business Developers, and field crews in a fast-paced construction environment Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, ownership, field teams, and subcontractors Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills and financial dashboards Valid state driver's license; ability to meet DOT requirements and maintain a satisfactory driving record Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods during site visits and field inspections Ability to drive long distances and navigate active construction job sites in varied terrain and weather conditions Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of equipment and materials as needed Clear vision and physical dexterity required for equipment handling, plan reading, and site inspections Employer Disclosure Statement The above statements and job description is not intended to describe the nature and level of work being performed within this job.
