Your Compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide for room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $79,934- $99,918, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $79,934

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
Focus on developing staff to deliver exceptional member service and provide efficient and friendly service . Lead and support branch team to achieve individual and branch goals, while promoting credit union's image and growth in the local community.Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a management role or demonstrated experience in a leadership position required, preferably in a financial institution. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred. Will need to obtain a NMLS license and serve as Notary Public and Signature Guarantee.In addition:
Must be bondable. Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available. Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law.Our Hours:
To best serve our members, this position requires an in-person schedule MondayFriday:
9 AM- 5:30 PM.
