Job Overview:

As the Branch Manager for our Cottage Grove location you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team, manage inventory and logistics, and ensure that our facility operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution logistics. Lead, train, and develop branch staff to foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and high performance. Drive local sales initiatives and build lasting relationships with customers in the Louisville market. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage branch P&L, control operational expenses, and meet or exceed revenue targets. Champion our battery recycling program and renewable solutions within the local community.

Requirements:

3+ years of management experience in wholesale distribution, warehousing, or route-based sales. Proven track record of leading a team and managing profit & loss (P&L). Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
