Full-Time About the Opportunity Are you an experienced operational leader from the commercial door, dock, or access systems industry capable of running a fast-moving, high-volume business unit? We are partnering with an established, rapidly growing commercial door and loading dock platform on pace to exceed $100M in revenue. We are actively seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our flagship $10M commercial branch operation in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin . This is an end-to-end operational leadership seat designed for a leader who understands how to manage a business unit like an owner. You will drive overall P&L profitability, lead commercial estimating and project delivery, and optimize field service and maintenance operations across East-Central Wisconsin. Core Responsibilities P&L & Financial Management ($10M Scope): Take full accountability for the branch's $10M P&L. Monitor gross margins, labor utilization, inventory turns, job profitability, and operating expenses to drive sustained bottom-line growth.

Commercial Estimating & Project Management:

Oversee and actively contribute to large-scale commercial door and dock estimating. Review architectural drawings, scope Division 8/11 bid packages, manage project submittals, and ensure contracted jobs are delivered on time and within margin targets.

Service & Installation Operations:

Direct field operations across installation crews, service technicians, and planned maintenance (PM) contracts. Partner with service dispatch to optimize technician routing, reduce windshield time, and elevate first-time fix rates.

Process Improvement & Cost Control:

Evaluate existing shop, fleet, and field workflows. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), eliminate operational waste, negotiate local vendor contracts, and improve inventory controls.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a multi-functional team across inside sales, commercial estimators, dispatchers, shop leads, and field technicians. Champion a safety-first (OSHA compliant) culture and continuous technical training. What We Are Looking For Direct Industry Experience (Required): Proven leadership background in Commercial Overhead Doors, Loading Dock Systems, High-Speed Doors, or Residential Garage Doors . Must be able to speak the language of the trade with technicians, contractors, and facility managers from day one.

Demonstrated P&L Ownership:

Minimum 3+ years of experience holding direct P&L responsibility for a multi-million-dollar branch, territory, or operational division ($5M-$10M+ preferred).

Strong Estimating & PM Acumen:

Demonstrated hands-on background in commercial construction project management, blueprint reading, takeoffs, and job costing for commercial or industrial openings.

Operational Discipline:

Track record of streamlining field workflows, increasing labor efficiency, improving billable hours, and developing subordinate leaders.

Location & Relocation:

Willingness to relocate to the Fond du Lac / Fox Valley, WI region. Full nationwide relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates.

Compensation & Total Rewards Base Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with door/dock industry tenure and P&L scale)
