Hours:
8am to 5pm,
Monday-Friday Compensation:
DOE. Exempt. Direct hire and temporary commission plans. Performance bonuses.
Position Overview:
As a Staffing Branch Manager at IQ Resource Group, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the success of our branch operations. This position requires an individual who can inspire and mentor our internal recruiters, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, and excel in managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development:
Provide strong leadership to a team of internal recruiters, setting clear expectations and goals. Mentor, motivate, and empower recruiters to reach their full potential. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify training and development needs for the team and implement appropriate initiatives. Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
Recruitment Strategy:
Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment. Continuously assess and optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with the Regional Director and other stakeholders to set recruitment goals and targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients. Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions. Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high client satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to recruitment and branch operations. Provide regular reports and updates to the Regional Director on branch performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance branch performance. Work closely with the Regional Director to develop and manage branch budgets.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Ensure that branch operations adhere to all company policies and procedures. Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance. Implement and enforce a culture of ethical and legal conduct within the branch.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in staffing and recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Client-focused mindset with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
