Job Description

Position Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for supporting daily branch operations while leading and developing frontline staff. This role combines leadership, customer service, and operational oversight to ensure an exceptional customer experience, efficient branch performance, and compliance with banking policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support tellers and customer service staff through training, performance management, and ongoing development. Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with transactions, account services, and resolving customer concerns. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services. Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling, ATM and vault balancing, audits, scheduling, and operational compliance. Ensure adherence to security procedures, banking regulations, and internal policies. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff scheduling. Support branch goals through teamwork, community involvement, and operational excellence. #Manitowoc1 Previous banking experience required. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Knowledge of banking products, services, and branch operations. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software. Notary Public commission and loan application experience are a plus.
