Responsibilities What You'll Do Guide and support team members through coaching, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities. Lead by example to meet branch and company objectives. Qualifications What You'll Need to Succeed 2+ years of managerial experience in the financial industry 4+ years of additional experience in Financial Services or Retail Sales Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Ability to learn, understand, and lead complex operations, encompassing the lending process, member services, and teller operations. Experience leading and managing projects, showcasing strong time management and prioritization skills to ensure successful project outcomes. Strong interpersonal communication skills, exceptional ability to influence and build relationships, and adept at creative problem-solving. Capable of embracing and championing change initiatives, with a focus on agility and adaptability to evolving business landscapes. Proven leadership abilities with a focus on consultative sales coaching and development, aiming to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
