We're seeking a highly organized Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of our accounting team, supporting both the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and customers who rely on us every day. About the Role This position provides administrative support to our AR and AP. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Primary Responsibilities Create, review and process purchase orders. Assist in processing and invoicing planned service agreements. Track vendor acknowledgements, deliveries, and order status. Maintain accurate accounting and service data within company software. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence. Support multiple departments with administrative and operational needs. Assist with special projects and continuous process improvements.
