Job description: Alliance Sand and Aggregates, LLC is seeking a dedicated energetic person to fill an office assistant position at our corporate office in Decatur, Alabama. Employment with ASA offers competitive wages, eligibility for BCBS health insurance, paid vacation, paid holiday's etc. per ASA employee handbook. Employee will have personal workstation located in financial office and be required to possess the following skills. Have good attitude and ability to correspond with business associates Proficient with word and excel Invoice Processing Learn SAP Business One Accounting Software A/R Billing Customers for several locations Assist CFO with financial statement preparation Manage corporate Insurance Scan and copy documents Issue purchase orders Scan and file maintenance record information Work with Microsoft outlook Maintain office supplies and order as needed Other duties, as assigned This is a partial list of duties that will be the responsibility of the office manager assistant position.
