Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

Supporting the daily administrative and bookkeeping operations of a commercial truck repair shop Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing estimates and invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting payroll, performing data entry, maintaining records, and providing customer service Work may involve billing, vendor communications, inventory documentation, and general office operations Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions, Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices and collections Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
