Job Summary
Description:

You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Manufacturing Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality, on‑time production while driving continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a skilled production crew, coordinating cross‑functional support, and ensuring all performance targets are met.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Supervise daily production activities and maintain schedule adherence for assigned areas.
  • Achieve quality goals and PMT metrics, including zero defects, audit compliance, and cost‑saving targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce overtime, drive energy savings, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain operator qualifications, special process authorizations, and PMT online training status.
  • Lead continuous‑improvement efforts such as 6S audits, FOD prevention, and statistical process control.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Ability to drive results in accordance with schedule
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Ability to interface with customers on a professional level.
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
