Based in Morrilton, Arkansas, the company has expanded its operations and relocated to a new larger headquarters to better serve its clients and enhance operational efficiency. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable (AP) professional to join our team. In this role, you will be assisting with managing the company's outgoing payments, ensuring vendors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will ensure information is accurate and matching, make payments via multiple methods, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining precise financial records within the general ledger.

Duties Invoice Processing:

Review, verify, and code incoming invoices. 3-

Way Matching:

Verify accuracy by aligning the supplier invoice, purchase order, and receiving report prior to payments being sent for approval.

Payment Execution:

Prepare and process outgoing payments via ACH, wire transfer, or checks in a timely manner to avoid late fees.

Reconciliation & Reporting:

Reconcile vendor statement support month-end/year-end closing by preparing AP aging and accrual reports. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred. 2+ years of dedicated accounts payable or general accounting experience, ideally in a distribution, inventory, or logistics environment. Strong working knowledge of ERP software (Sage accounting highly preferred) and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Competence in standard Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, and Word. Exceptional data entry accuracy, strong troubleshooting skills, sharp attention to detail, and a high level of organizational ability. Strong professional communication skills via phone, email, and internal chat platforms

Pay:
