Bookkeeper

Experienced Bookkeeper We're currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is essential in helping us maintain accurate financial records and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and manage all day-to-day financial transactions Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements Track and categorize expenses, invoices, and payments Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with payroll processing and reporting Prepare basic financial reports (profit & loss, cash flow, etc.) Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Qualifications:

Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting (1-3+ years preferred) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
