  • $26 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Teamwork Cash application Writing skills Editing Full Job Description The Accounts Receivable position will oversee cash applications for 600+ home loans and collections to ensure accounts are current.
This position offers a unique blend of cash applications, collections, and accounts payable duties as well as assisting the supervisor with month-end reconciliation and month-end reporting. General Accountabilities
  • Responsible for home loan cash applications.
  • Responsible for collections.
  • Responsible for some accounts payable.
  • Maintenance of new loans, including reviewing documents for accuracy and completion.
  • Generation and processing of welcome letters, statements, and past-due notices.
  • Assist with month-end closing including bank reconciliation and monthly reporting to management for multiple companies.
  • Position duties and work schedule may change according to business needs at any time or as instructed by management. Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of payables, receivables, or general accounting experience required
  • AA in Accounting and/or strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Spanish speaking preferred
