Owners send friends and colleagues our way because we're the firm that actually calls back, not the one that goes quiet after the contract is signed. We're hiring an Accounting Assistant to work directly with our Senior Accountant on the numbers that keep that reputation intact: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the monthly reports clients rely on. You'll also be a first point of contact when a vendor or tenant has a billing question, so how you communicate matters as much as how you reconcile. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Scottsdale, working standard business hours as part of a small, hands-on team.
WHAT THE WORK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

About Company Terrafirma manages commercial condo associations across the Scottsdale area, currently serving 35 properties, built on a boutique model where owners get personal attention instead of being treated as an address on a spreadsheet. The firm has grown entirely through referral, without ever running a marketing campaign, because clients trust the team enough to send their own network. The accounting seat is part of what makes that trust possible: accurate billing and clear communication are what keep the reviews reading like thank-you notes. If you want steady, detail-driven work at a firm that's still small enough for your work to be visible, this is where you'd start.
