This role offers the opportunity to work full-time in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a knack for numbers are highly valued. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting tasks, including high-volume accounts payable data entry, payroll input, and spreadsheet management. Responsibilities Perform high-volume accounts payable data entry with precision and accuracy. Manage review and spreadsheet tasks efficiently to support financial operations. Input payroll data to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Utilize 10-key skills effectively for data entry tasks. Leverage Sage software for accounting processes, with training available for the right candidate. Use Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity. Maintain organized and accurate financial records to support auditing and reporting. Collaborate with team members to support smooth financial operations. Address any discrepancies in financial records with a proactive approach. Qualifications Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role. Strong proficiency in Excel is a must. Experience with Sage software is preferred, though not required. Excellent 10-key data entry skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Required Work Hours This position requires a full-time commitment, with work hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role is 100% in-office, located in North Scottsdale. Benefits The role offers competitive pay, with a range of $22 to $23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
