Broadway Blvd. Tucson, AZ 85711 Accounts Payable BookKeeper Brake Masters is searching for an accounts payable specialist to join our high volume, deadline driven, corporate accounts payable department. Ideal candidates will have exposure to high-volume accounts payable, possess strong data entry skills, including 10 key by touch and familiarity with Excel.

Duties include:

Review invoices for proper support and approval Statement and account reconciliation Code and enter invoices into Sage/MAS 100 accounting software Research and resolve invoice discrepancies Maintain invoice and paid check files Assist with general office duties including reception and phones Other accounting and administrative duties as developed or assigned Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written This position requires excellent customer service skills in representing Brake Masters to vendors and field personnel. Two years of prior accounts payable or accounting clerk experience. Must work well under pressure with minimal supervision once training is completed.
