Manage full-cycle AP for a multi-state operation, including 3-way matching (PO, packing list, invoice), posting, check preparation, and statement reconciliations.
Vendor & Compliance Management:
Maintain vendor files (W-9s, 1099s, COIs), resolve billing discrepancies, and build positive relationships.
Audit & Quality Control:
Ensure proper accounting procedures, accurate code allocation, and timely processing of all transactions.
Department Support:
Resolve complex transaction issues and assist with ad-hoc financial or administrative projects.
