Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting various accounting functions using industry-standard software. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, for management review Perform account analysis and account reconciliation to ensure data integrity across all financial records Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and other financial tools to record transactions accurately Assist with budgeting processes and financial report writing to support organizational planning Skills Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Knowledge of financial concepts including double-entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, journal entries, and account analysis Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Strong analytical skills for account analysis and financial report writing Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and external auditors This position requires a dedicated professional who is committed to accuracy and efficiency in financial management. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in relevant accounting software and possess a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles essential for maintaining precise financial records.
