Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential financial and general accounting support to a diverse portfolio of small businesses and individual clients. Key Responsibilities Maintain general ledgers and process full-cycle bookkeeping for various clients. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Prepare routine financial reports and statements. Assist with payroll processing and related tax compliance. Collaborate closely with our CPAs and staff to ensure accurate, timely service delivery for clients. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within a public accounting firm or multi-client environment. Strong proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and client-service skills.
