Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Accounting Clerk to support our accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial tasks, maintain accurate records, and help ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reports. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
