Job Description
A Carmel restaurant enterprise is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for it's multiple establishments. This part-time position will be an integral part of the accounting team. Responsibilities include significant data entry with emphasis on accounts payable and receivable, sales and inventory reports, payroll processing and payroll tax reporting. Additional duties include general journal entries, bank reconciliations, and some administrative tasks. Knowledge of Windows based software, Excel, and Word required. 10-key by touch. Ideal candidate is a quick learner who can follow directions and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, possesses a strong work ethic, dependability, efficiency, and be detail oriented with good organizational skills and professionalism. Please email resume and references.
