Experience:

3+ years in Accounts Payable (AP) / P2P environment Experience in vendor management, invoice processing, reconciliations, and AP helpdesk support Entertainment industry experience preferred

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

CPA / MBA

preferred Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Self-driven with ability to work independently Team player with understanding of end-to-end AP processes Experience working with remote/international teams is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end Accounts Payable operations and BPO activities Handle vendor management, master data, invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations Resolve AP helpdesk queries and vendor issues Assist in audits, compliance, and adherence to AP policies Support system testing, projects, mergers, and new initiatives Contribute to process improvements and documentation Maintain desktop procedures and ensure regulatory compliance
