Experience:
0-3 years of accounting experience preferred A professional services firm in Century City is seeking an entry-level Accounting position to support its Trust Accounting function. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to build a foundation in accounting within a stable, growth-focused environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with sensitive financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming payments and apply them accurately to client trust accounts Monitor account balances, reconcile discrepancies, and update ledgers accordingly Assist with daily bank deposits and tracking of client funds Maintain accurate and organized trust records in accordance with regulatory requirements Respond to internal and external inquiries related to trust transactions Support month-end close processes and assist with audit preparation as needed Help with general accounting tasks and special projects as assigned by the department
Qualifications:
