Full-Time, Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:

AP Processing & Invoice Management:

Review, code, and process high-volume vendor invoices in D365 accurately and on time.

AR & Reconciliation:

Perform daily bank reconciliations, monitor payments, and manage POD documentation.

Discrepancy Resolution:

Investigate payment discrepancies and collaborate with branch and sales teams to improve processes.

Qualifications ERP & Excel:

Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) plus intermediate Excel skills.

Accounting:

Solid understanding of the full AR cycle and accrual accounting.

Communication & Analytical Skills:

Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
