Primary duties to consist of:

Vendor/Subcontractor Relations, managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs, analyzing workflow processes by project, ensuring invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner per work order and Master Subcontract Agreements, processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account and vendor contract maintenance, recording entries and reconciling

Accounts Payable Requirements:

on-site work, not remote work, experience in the construction industry, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook products, Accounting Software (Sage is a plus), and at least 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
