Your responsibilities

• Data entry: accurately input financial transactions, journal entries, and expense reports into the client's accounting system
• Filing and organization: organize and maintain paper and electronic financial records, ensuring all documents are correctly filed by date and account
• Invoice processing: assist with the initial sorting and coding of incoming vendor invoices and outgoing customer bills

• Support:

  retrieve and copy historical records as requested by senior accounting staff or auditors
