Accounts Receivable Position Summary Construction company seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join growing Accounts Receivable team. This is an entry-level opportunity for an individual interested in developing accounting and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with data and customer invoices. We are willing to train the right person. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Organize and process billing activities using Salesforce Perform invoice data entry and submission Send invoices to customers through Salesforce Investigate and resolve customer invoice inquiries Maintain accurate records and documentation Perform filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks Answer incoming phone calls as needed Complete other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications 0-1 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong math and analytical skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to analyze and organize spreadsheet data using Microsoft Excel Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Attributes Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and reliable work ethic Strong customer service mindset Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment Why Apply? Hourly Pay:
