You will work with the Accounting team to review identified receipts, maintain clear follow-through on open and aging items, reconcile ordinary discrepancies, and surface exceptions early. This is an hourly accounting role supporting defined DRE-approved accounting-department duties under responsible-broker supervision; it is not a commission-sales position. Success means dependable cutoff discipline, source-backed records, concise escalation notes, and careful protection of confidential financial information. Requirements Active California real estate salesperson license; willingness and eligibility to perform the defined DRE-approved accounting duties under responsible-broker supervision; relevant accounts receivable, cash application, reconciliation, bookkeeping, or accounting operations experience; strong accuracy with dates, amounts, and supporting evidence; clear written communication; dependable follow-through; and willingness to learn AppFolio or an equivalent system.
