Job Description

Job Summary A Commercial Property Bookkeeper is needed for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established commercial real estate organization in Lafayette, CA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys hands-on bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and supporting the financial operations of multiple commercial properties. You will join a close-knit accounting team where your work will make an immediate impact.   • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for commercial property operations.
  • Collect, post, and track rent payments while maintaining accurate tenant and accounting records.
  • Code, review, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper expense allocation.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, expense reconciliations, and general ledger support activities.
  • Generate invoices, update Excel spreadsheets, and assist with financial tracking for multiple properties.
  • Support CAM reconciliations, utility reconciliations, and other property accounting functions. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $27 to $31 per hour.
  • Job type: Temp-to-hire.
  • Schedule:
    Flexible 32 to 40 hours per week.
