In this role, you will manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting the organization's financial health. Your expertise in various accounting software and systems will help streamline processes, facilitate precise reporting, and uphold the integrity of our financial data. Duties Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger adjustments in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to verify accuracy of financial data Reconcile payroll Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Administrative tasks Skills Experience with accounting software QuickBooks Online Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Proficiency in spreadsheets for data analysis, budgeting, and reporting purposes Familiarity with double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, journal entries, and general ledger accounting Ability to perform account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis with precision Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records We look forward to having an additional team member join our team!
