Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and well organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely account reconciliation. This role is crucial in supporting the overall financial health of the organization and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in QuickBooks. Duties Process and record all incoming payments accurately and efficiently. Perform account reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accounted for. Analyze accounts receivable data to identify discrepancies or issues. Collaborate with the accounts payable team to maintain accurate financial records. Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts receivable functions effectively. Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable. Skills Proficiency in account reconciliation and analysis. Experience with financial software, particularly QuickBooks or similar platforms. Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Excellent communication skills, including telemarketing abilities for follow-up on outstanding invoices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
