Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a professional with strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting processes, and the ability to handle a high volume of transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

+ Reconcile bank statements and financial records

+ Assist with invoice processing, payment posting, and data entry

+ Maintain accurate and organized accounting files and documentation

+ Support month-end closing activities

+ Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions

+ Help ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting procedures

Requirements Qualifications:

+ 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience

+ Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
