Job Description
Accounts Receivable Coordinator / Collections Mission Viejo, CA | Temp-to-Hire | $24-$27/hr Core Experience 1-2+ years working with financial transactions, financial records, accounting support, billing, payment activity, or related finance functions Collections experience strongly preferred Experience working in QuickBooks or a similar accounting system preferred Strong data entry and document review experience Ability to compare information across multiple documents and identify discrepancies Comfortable working in a highly transactional, detail-oriented environment Key Responsibilities Create invoices in QuickBooks using shipping documents and sales orders from external systems Review source documents and verify accuracy of information before entry into QuickBooks Track invoice and payment activity Ensure invoices are applied against payments and assist with invoice follow-up when needed Review, code, and reconcile company credit card transactions Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Research discrepancies and resolve mismatched information Order office supplies, process Amazon orders, and support general office operations Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as assigned Ideal Candidate Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience supporting finance, accounting, billing, banking, mortgage, payroll, AR/AP, or related business operations Willingness to learn and grow within the finance department Nice-to-Have Experience QuickBooks Credit card coding Credit card reconciliations Invoice review and validation Financial record maintenance Basic account reconciliations Administrative support within an accounting or finance environment Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $27.00 Per Hour
