Part Time Accounts Receivable Admin

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable admin person to join our Nevada City office team in support of our Texas accounts receivable. Serendipity Wines represents wines from around the USA and the world and distributes them to specialty markets, wine shops and restaurants throughout Texas and California. The office team is a pillar of support for our representatives and rep's, and we strive to provide the best service on a daily basis, and we look forward to finding a great fit for our small team. We are currently looking for support from 12:00-4:00pm M-F (flexibility in that time frame can be discussed, but looking for afternoon)

Duties:

• Process and post customer payments to their accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts
• Excellent email etiquette
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

Experience:

• Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role a bonus
• Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
