Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files and documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other correspondence.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, such as tracking expenses and preparing reports.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Support the team with data entry tasks and maintaining databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Proficiency in 10-key typing for data entry purposes.
  • Experience with bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable.
