The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, accounting software, and financial concepts.
QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to all Managers, the Accountant, Estimator, Vice President and President/Owner
  • Receive, review, verify, and process vendor invoices on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments
  • Manage and process employee expense reimbursements and verification
  • Audit and reconcile credit card transactions for month end closes
  • Reconcile credit card and vendor statements
  • Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
  • Utilize accounting software such as American Contractor and ADP
  • Assist with payroll management tasks
  • Organize and maintain company files and packing slips
  • Open & distribute incoming mail, packages, receive office deliveries
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 2 years of college
  • Prior accounts payable experience
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Excellent computer skills and typing
  • Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe PDF files.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Construction Admin Experience a huge plus! . Work hours are flexible between 7am to 5pm. . Compensation depending on experience $25
