Position:

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and team members Accurate entries•Accounts payable and accounts receivable Support month-end and year-end accounting activities Assist with payroll and other administrative tasks as needed General office•phones, printing, scanning, Outlook invites

Qualifications:

Accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
