Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist (Full-Time)

Location:

San Clemente, CA (On-site) Rainbow Sandals, Inc. is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team. We're seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working in a team environment, and takes pride in producing accurate financial records. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Responsibilities Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions Apply customer payments and reconcile customer accounts Process vendor invoices and prepare weekly check runs Perform bank, vendor, customer, credit card, and general ledger account reconciliations Monitor aging reports and assist with collections Support month-end and year-end closing Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Work closely with the Accounting team and other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes Cross-train with team members and provide backup support as needed Qualifications 3+ years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience Manufacturing experience preferred Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Pension Plan Paid Vacation, Sick Time & Holidays Employee Discount Full-Time, Stable Employment Supportive, team-oriented work environment If you're looking to join a company with a strong reputation, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
