Duties Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Perform data entry tasks with precision in spreadsheets and database systems to ensure organized record-keeping Support office management activities such as filing, document preparation, and calendar scheduling Assist with client communication and customer support to foster positive relationships Handle clerical responsibilities including word processing, filing, and maintaining office supplies Requirements Proven experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and productivity software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Effective phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Previous office experience in administrative or clerical roles is must Demonstrated data entry accuracy and typing speed to support administrative functions Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, helpful demeanor Ability to manage calendar appointments and coordinate schedules effectively Technical proficiency in office management tools and multi-line phone systems Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities to prioritize tasks effectively This paid position offers an engaging environment where your skills will be valued and your contributions recognized.
