Accounting Clerk (AP/AR) ?? Simi Valley, CA ?? $25-$28/hour Are you an organized accounting professional with experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable? We're partnering with a well-established employee-owned company seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team. Key Responsibilities ? Process customer payments and maintain AR records ? Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, credits, and chargebacks ? Process vendor invoices and support AP functions ? Assist with account reconciliations and monthly reporting ? Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments Qualifications
- 3+ years of office experience, preferably in accounting
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- 45+ WPM typing and 10-key proficiency
