Full-Charge Bookkeeper & Customer Service Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Full-Charge Bookkeeper with strong customer service skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage financial responsibilities while maintaining excellent client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Perform bank reconciliations Manage in-house payroll processing Prepare and file financial reports Report directly to the Operations Manager Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting functions Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Quickbooks Online and Excel is a MUST.
