Aurora, CO (Conveniently located near I-70 & Tower Road)

Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency Verify and match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation Apply appropriate coding across multiple business entities Process and reconcile check runs conducted twice weekly Monitor and take advantage of vendor discount opportunities when available Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment-related issues What We're Looking For Qualifications 5+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple entities Strong understanding of invoice processing and vendor discount terms Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently Self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ideal Candidate You thrive in a high-volume environment, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in delivering accurate, timely work.
